1. 接受條款

「LetMePay：我買單」（下稱「本服務」，包含 App 與網站 letmepay.tw）由 LetMePay 團隊（下稱「我們」）提供。當你使用本服務，即表示你已閱讀、了解並同意本條款與隱私權政策。若你不同意，請不要使用本服務。

2. 本服務是什麼

• 本服務為娛樂性質，不是慈善募款，也不是金融服務。使用時請注意自身安全：不要把密碼、驗證碼或帳戶資料給任何人，也不要私下見面或另外轉帳。
• 本條款所稱「有緣人」，指帳單方，即上傳自己真實生活帳單的使用者；「富人」，指支付方，即瀏覽帳單並自願替有緣人繳費的使用者。
• 付款在富人自己的銀行 App（例如透過台灣Pay）完成，款項直接進入帳單機構。我們不代收、不代付、不保管任何款項，也不是任何帳單的債權人。
• 我們不保證任何帳單一定會被繳清，也不保證回應時間。

3. 帳號與資格

• 上傳帳單須年滿 18 歲，並完成手機驗證與實名認證；富人可以訪客身分使用部分功能。
• 你提供的資料必須真實、正確，並在變動時更新。
• 每人只能有一個帳號，不得轉讓、出借或冒用他人身分。
• 請妥善保管登入方式；帳號下的所有行為由你負責。發現帳號遭盜用請立即通知我們。

4. 上傳帳單的規則（給「有緣人」）

• 只能上傳你本人或同住家人名下、尚未繳費、未逾期的真實官方帳單。
• 帳單須清楚拍到台灣Pay QR Code 與帳單內容；沒有或讀不到的帳單無法上架。
• 帳單須通過系統自動辨識與必要的人工審核才會上架；我們可以不說明細節而拒絕、下架或要求補件。
• 同一時間最多可有 2 筆帳單上架；單張帳單金額上限為新臺幣 5,000 元。
• 你寫給富人的話不得含有聯絡方式、帳號或不實內容。
• 偽造、變造、重複上傳或上傳他人帳單，我們會立即下架、停權，並保留依法追究的權利。

5. 幫忙繳費的規則（給「富人」）

• 幫忙繳費完全出於自願，屬於你對帳單機構的直接付款；一經完成，我們無法撤銷或退款。付款問題請洽你的銀行或帳單機構。
• 按下買單後，帳單會保留給你 48 小時；期間未完成付款，帳單會回到滑卡區。
• 付款完成的確認，以系統查到帳單「已銷帳」為準；以超商等其他方式繳費者，以你上傳的收據並經上傳者確認為準。
• 不得以幫忙繳費為條件，要求對方提供聯絡方式、見面、回報或任何對價。
• 你只能用你自己合法擁有的資金付款。每位富人 30 天內幫忙繳費的總額（含保留中）上限為新臺幣 20,000 元；同一位富人對同一位有緣人，90 天內最多幫忙 2 次。
• 你的付款是無償贈與，付款後不得向有緣人或我們要求返還。

6. 禁止行為

使用本服務時，你不得：

• 詐騙、冒用身分、偽造帳單或付款證明。
• 索取、提供或交換電話、LINE、社群帳號、銀行帳號、匯款等聯絡或金流資料，或引導到站外交易。
• 騷擾、威脅、歧視、霸凌、散布不實或違法內容。
• 未經同意公開他人的個人資料或照片。
• 自己付自己的帳單、以多個帳號刷富人榜或其他操縱排名的行為。
• 發布廣告、洗版、用程式大量存取或干擾本服務、試圖破解或規避安全機制。
• 其他違反法令或公序良俗的行為。

7. 你的內容

• 你上傳的帳單、文字、留言與照片，權利仍屬於你。
• 你授權我們在提供、維護與宣傳本服務的必要範圍內，免費使用、儲存、遮蔽後顯示（例如表揚牆）及處理這些內容。你刪除內容或帳號後，我們會依隱私權政策處理。
• 你保證你有權上傳這些內容，且不侵害他人權利。

8. 檢舉、審核與處置

你可以檢舉不當的帳單、留言或私聊。我們會審核並視情節採取提醒、刪除內容、限制功能、暫停或終止帳號等措施；涉及違法時，會依法配合主管機關。你對處置有異議，可以透過客服申訴。

9. 使用者彼此之間的風險與責任限制

本服務只提供資訊媒合：讓有緣人刊登帳單、讓富人自行決定是否幫忙。有緣人與富人之間的行為由雙方自行負責。使用本服務前，請先了解以下風險：

有緣人可能面臨的風險

• 富人的付款可能因為資金來源有問題（例如盜刷、被盜用的帳戶、詐騙或其他犯罪所得）而被銀行撤銷或追回，你的帳單可能因此變回「未繳」，並產生滯納金、停止供應等後果。請你自行向帳單機構確認是否已繳清，不要只看本服務上的狀態。
• 若付款的資金來源有問題，你可能被執法機關要求說明，或被被害人請求返還所得利益。
• 與富人串通、私下收受對價或回饋，可能觸犯洗錢防制法、詐欺等法律，須自負法律責任。

富人可能面臨的風險

• 帳單雖經系統與人工審核，仍可能有不實、已繳或內容錯誤的情形；付款屬無償贈與，無法要求有緣人或我們返還。
• 若你使用非自己合法所有的資金付款，須自負全部法律責任。

平台的責任

• 我們不是帳單機構、銀行或支付業者，對帳單內容、帳單機構的銷帳作業、銀行或台灣Pay 等第三方服務的中斷或錯誤，不負擔保責任。
• 本服務依「現狀」提供；我們會盡力維持正常運作，但不保證完全不中斷或沒有錯誤。
• 我們不審查、也無法得知富人付款資金的來源，不保證帳單真實、付款不會被撤銷，也不保證任何使用者的身分、意圖或行為。
• 有緣人與富人之間，以及使用者與帳單機構、銀行之間發生的任何爭議或損失（包括付款被撤銷、滯納金、停止供應、被追討、被調查等），由當事人自行處理及負責，我們不負任何賠償責任。
• 在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們對使用本服務產生的任何直接、間接、附帶或衍生損失不負責任；但因我們故意或重大過失造成的損害，或依法不得排除的責任，不在此限。

10. 法令遵循

你應自行遵守與你使用本服務有關的法令，包括但不限於洗錢防制及稅務相關規定。我們會保存必要的使用紀錄（例如配對、保留、付款確認的時間與帳號），並在檢察官、法院或警察機關依法要求時提供，也可能主動通報可疑行為。

11. 服務變更、暫停與終止

我們可能因營運、技術或法令需要，調整、暫停或終止全部或部分服務，並會盡可能事先公告。你可以隨時刪除帳號停止使用。

12. 條款修改

我們可能修改本條款，修改後會公布於本頁並標示版本日期；重大修改會在 App 內另行通知。修改生效後你繼續使用本服務，即視為同意修改後的條款。

13. 準據法與管轄

本條款以中華民國法律為準據法。因本服務發生的爭議，依中華民國法律規定的管轄法院處理（例如消費者保護法的規定）。

1. 規約への同意

「LetMePay：我買單」（アプリおよびウェブサイト letmepay.tw。以下「本サービス」）は、LetMePay チーム（以下「当社」）が提供します。本サービスを利用することで、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーを読み、理解し、同意したものとみなします。同意しない場合は利用しないでください。

2. 本サービスについて

• 本サービスは娯楽を目的としたもので、寄付の募集や金融サービスではありません。ご自身の安全に注意してご利用ください。パスワード・認証コード・口座情報は誰にも教えず、個別に会ったり別途送金したりしないでください。
• 本規約で「ご縁さん」とは請求書側、つまり自分の本物の生活の請求書をアップロードする利用者をいいます。「お金持ち」とは支払側、つまり請求書を見て、ご縁さんの代わりに任意で支払う利用者をいいます。
• 支払いはお金持ち自身の銀行アプリ（台湾Pay など）で行われ、お金は請求元に直接届きます。当社はお金の受け取り・代払い・保管を一切行わず、請求書の債権者でもありません。
• 請求書が必ず支払われること、また対応時間を保証するものではありません。

3. アカウントと利用資格

• 請求書のアップロードは 18 歳以上で、電話番号認証と本人確認を完了した方に限ります。お金持ちは一部機能をゲストとして利用できます。
• 提供する情報は真実かつ正確で、変更があれば更新してください。
• アカウントはお一人様一つまでとし、譲渡・貸与・なりすましは禁止です。
• ログイン方法は適切に管理してください。アカウントでの行為はすべてご本人の責任となります。不正利用に気づいたらすぐにご連絡ください。

4. 請求書アップロードのルール（ご縁さん向け）

• アップロードできるのは、本人または同居家族名義の、未払いかつ期限切れでない本物の公式の請求書のみです。
• 台湾Pay の QR コードと請求内容がはっきり写っている必要があります。ない、または読み取れない請求書は掲載できません。
• 請求書は自動判定と必要な人による審査を通過した後に掲載されます。当社は詳細を説明せずに掲載拒否・削除・追加資料の要求を行うことがあります。
• 同時に掲載できる請求書は最大 2 件、1 件あたりの金額上限は 5,000 台湾ドルです。
• お金持ちへのひとことに、連絡先・口座番号・虚偽の内容を含めてはいけません。
• 偽造・変造・重複アップロード・他人の請求書のアップロードがあった場合、直ちに削除・利用停止とし、法的措置をとる権利を留保します。

5. 支払いの手助けのルール（お金持ち向け）

• 支払いの手助けは完全に任意で、請求元への直接の支払いです。完了後は当社が取り消しや返金をすることはできません。支払いに関する問題は銀行または請求元にお問い合わせください。
• 「払う」を押すと請求書は 48 時間あなた専用に保留されます。その間に支払いが完了しない場合、請求書はスワイプ一覧に戻ります。
• 支払完了の確認は、システムが請求書の「消し込み済み」を確認したことをもって行います。コンビニ払いなど他の方法の場合は、アップロードされたレシートとアップロード者の確認をもって行います。
• 支払いを条件に、連絡先・面会・見返りなどを求めてはいけません。
• 支払いには、あなた自身が適法に所有する資金のみを使ってください。お金持ち 1 人あたりの支払総額（保留中を含む）は 30 日間で 20,000 台湾ドルまで、同じお金持ちが同じご縁さんを手助けできるのは 90 日間で 2 回までです。
• 支払いは無償の贈与です。支払後、ご縁さんや当社に返還を求めることはできません。

6. 禁止事項

本サービスの利用にあたり、次の行為をしてはいけません。

• 詐欺、なりすまし、請求書や支払証明の偽造。
• 電話番号・LINE・SNS アカウント・銀行口座・送金などの連絡先や送金情報を求める・提供する・交換すること、またはサービス外の取引に誘導すること。
• 嫌がらせ、脅迫、差別、いじめ、虚偽または違法な内容の拡散。
• 同意なく他人の個人情報や写真を公開すること。
• 自分の請求書を自分で支払う、複数アカウントでランキングを操作するなどの行為。
• 広告、連投、プログラムによる大量アクセスやサービスの妨害、セキュリティの回避や破壊の試み。
• その他、法令や公序良俗に反する行為。

7. あなたのコンテンツ

• アップロードした請求書・文章・コメント・写真の権利はあなたに帰属します。
• あなたは当社に対し、本サービスの提供・維持・紹介に必要な範囲で、これらを無償で使用・保存・マスク処理後に表示（表彰ウォールなど）・処理することを許諾します。コンテンツやアカウントを削除した後は、プライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。
• アップロードする権利を有し、他者の権利を侵害しないことを保証してください。

8. 通報・審査・措置

不適切な請求書・コメント・チャットは通報できます。当社は審査のうえ、注意、コンテンツの削除、機能制限、アカウントの一時停止または終了などの措置をとります。違法な場合は法令に従い当局に協力します。措置に異議がある場合はサポートに申し立てできます。

9. 利用者間のリスクと責任の制限

本サービスは情報のマッチングのみを提供します。ご縁さんは請求書を掲載し、お金持ちは手助けするかどうかを自分で決めます。ご縁さんとお金持ちの間の行為は、当事者がそれぞれ責任を負います。ご利用の前に、次のリスクを理解してください。

ご縁さんのリスク

• お金持ちの支払いは、資金の出所に問題がある場合（不正利用されたカード・口座、詐欺その他の犯罪収益など）、銀行により取り消し・回収されることがあり、請求書が「未払い」に戻って延滞金や供給停止などが生じる可能性があります。支払済みかどうかは本サービス上の表示だけでなく、請求元に直接ご確認ください。
• 資金の出所に問題がある場合、捜査機関から説明を求められたり、被害者から利益の返還を求められたりする可能性があります。
• お金持ちと共謀したり、ひそかに見返りを受け取ったりすると、マネーロンダリング防止法や詐欺などの法律に違反するおそれがあり、その責任はご自身で負います。

お金持ちのリスク

• 請求書はシステムと人による審査を経ていますが、虚偽・支払済み・内容の誤りがある可能性があります。支払いは無償の贈与であり、ご縁さんや当社に返還を求めることはできません。
• ご自身が適法に所有していない資金で支払った場合、その法的責任はすべてご自身が負います。

当社の責任

• 当社は請求元、銀行、決済事業者ではなく、請求内容、請求元の消し込み処理、銀行や台湾Pay などの第三者サービスの中断や誤りについて保証しません。
• 本サービスは「現状のまま」提供されます。正常な運営に努めますが、中断や誤りがないことは保証しません。
• 当社はお金持ちの支払資金の出所を審査せず、知ることもできません。請求書の真正性、支払いが取り消されないこと、利用者の身元・意図・行為についても保証しません。
• ご縁さんとお金持ちの間、または利用者と請求元・銀行の間で生じた紛争や損害（支払いの取消し、延滞金、供給停止、返還請求、捜査など）は当事者が自ら対応し責任を負うものとし、当社は一切の賠償責任を負いません。
• 法令で認められる最大の範囲で、本サービスの利用により生じた直接的・間接的・付随的・派生的な損害について責任を負いません。ただし、当社の故意または重大な過失による損害、および法令上免除できない責任はこの限りではありません。

10. 法令の遵守

本サービスの利用に関する法令（マネーロンダリング防止および税務に関する規定を含みますがこれに限りません）は、ご自身で遵守してください。当社は必要な利用記録（マッチング、保留、支払確認の日時とアカウントなど）を保存し、検察・裁判所・警察から法令に基づく要請があった場合は提供します。また、不審な行為を自ら通報することがあります。

11. サービスの変更・停止・終了

当社は運営・技術・法令上の必要により、本サービスの全部または一部を変更・停止・終了することがあり、可能な限り事前にお知らせします。あなたはいつでもアカウントを削除して利用をやめることができます。

12. 規約の変更

当社は本規約を変更することがあります。変更後は本ページに掲載し、版の日付を記載します。重要な変更はアプリ内でもお知らせします。変更の効力発生後に本サービスを利用し続けた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

13. 準拠法と管轄

本規約は中華民国（台湾）法を準拠法とします。本サービスに関する紛争は、中華民国（台湾）の法令（消費者保護法など）に定める管轄裁判所で解決します。

Terms of Use

Version: November 8, 2026 (pre-launch version; it may change before the app officially launches)

1. Accepting these terms

"LetMePay" (the app and the website letmepay.tw, the "Service") is provided by the LetMePay team ("we"). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service is

• The Service is for entertainment. It is not a charity fundraiser or a financial service. Please stay safe while using it: never share passwords, verification codes or account details, and don't meet up in person or send money outside the app.
• In these terms, a "Match" means the bill holder: a user who uploads their own real everyday bills. "Rich" means the payer: a user who browses bills and chooses to pay one for a Match.
• Payment happens in the supporter's own bank app (for example through Taiwan Pay), and the money goes directly to the biller. We never collect, pay on anyone's behalf, or hold any money, and we are not the creditor of any bill.
• We don't guarantee that any bill will be paid, or how quickly.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• To upload bills you must be at least 18 and complete phone and identity verification. Supporters can use some features as guests.
• The information you give us must be true and accurate, and you must keep it up to date.
• One account per person. You may not transfer, lend or share an account, or impersonate anyone.
• Keep your sign-in method safe. You're responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us right away if you think it's been compromised.

4. Rules for uploading bills (Matches)

• Only upload genuine official bills in your own name or a household member's that are unpaid and not past due.
• The Taiwan Pay QR code and bill details must be clearly visible. Bills without a readable QR code can't be listed.
• Bills are listed only after passing automated checks and any necessary human review. We may refuse, remove or ask for more information about a bill without giving detailed reasons.
• You can have at most 2 bills listed at the same time, and each bill can be at most NT$5,000.
• Your message to supporters must not contain contact details, account numbers or false information.
• If you forge, alter, re-upload or upload someone else's bill, we'll remove it and suspend your account immediately, and we reserve the right to take legal action.

5. Rules for paying bills (Rich)

• Paying a bill is entirely voluntary and is a direct payment from you to the biller. Once it's done, we can't cancel or refund it. For payment problems, contact your bank or the biller.
• When you choose to pay, the bill is held for you for 48 hours. If you don't finish paying in that time, the bill goes back into the swipe deck.
• Payment is confirmed when the system sees the bill as cleared. For other methods such as convenience-store payment, it's confirmed by the receipt you upload and the uploader's confirmation.
• Don't make paying conditional on getting contact details, meeting up or anything in return.
• Only pay with money that legally belongs to you. Each Rich user can pay at most NT$20,000 in total in any 30 days (bills on hold count), and the same Rich user can help the same Match at most twice in 90 days.
• Your payment is a gift. Once you've paid, you can't ask the Match or us to give it back.

6. Things you must not do

When using the Service, you must not:

• Commit fraud, impersonate anyone, or forge bills or payment proof.
• Ask for, give or exchange phone numbers, LINE or social media accounts, bank accounts, transfer details or other contact or payment details, or steer anyone to deal outside the Service.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against or bully anyone, or spread false or illegal content.
• Share anyone's personal information or photos without their consent.
• Pay your own bills, use multiple accounts to climb the Rich List, or otherwise manipulate rankings.
• Post ads or spam, access the Service in bulk with automated tools, disrupt it, or try to break or get around its security.
• Do anything else that breaks the law or public order.

7. Your content

• You keep the rights to the bills, text, comments and photos you upload.
• You give us a free license to use, store, process and display them (after masking, for example on the Wall) as needed to provide, maintain and promote the Service. After you delete content or your account, we handle it as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You confirm that you have the right to upload this content and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

8. Reports, review and enforcement

You can report inappropriate bills, comments or chats. We review reports and, depending on the case, may warn you, remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts. Where the law has been broken, we cooperate with the authorities as required. If you disagree with a decision, you can appeal through support.

9. Risks between users, and limitation of liability

The Service only connects people: Matches list bills, and Rich users decide for themselves whether to help. Matches and Rich users are each responsible for what they do with each other. Before using the Service, make sure you understand these risks:

Risks for Matches

• If the money a Rich user paid with came from a problem source (for example a stolen card, a hijacked account, or fraud or other crime), the bank may cancel or claw back the payment. Your bill could then become unpaid again, with late fees or a cut-off of service. Check with the biller that your bill is really paid; don't rely only on what the Service shows.
• If the money came from a problem source, the authorities may ask you to explain, or the victim may ask you to return what you gained.
• Working together with a Rich user, or secretly taking anything in return, may break anti-money-laundering, fraud and other laws, and you alone are legally responsible for that.

Risks for Rich users

• Bills go through automated and human review, but a bill may still be false, already paid or wrong. Your payment is a gift, and you can't ask the Match or us to give it back.
• If you pay with money that doesn't legally belong to you, you alone are fully legally responsible.

Our responsibility

• We are not a biller, bank or payment provider, and we make no guarantees about bill contents, a biller's clearing process, or outages or errors in third-party services such as banks or Taiwan Pay.
• The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• We don't check, and can't know, where a Rich user's money comes from. We don't guarantee that bills are genuine, that payments won't be cancelled, or anything about any user's identity, intentions or actions.
• Any dispute or loss between Matches and Rich users, or between users and billers or banks (including cancelled payments, late fees, service cut-offs, claims for repayment or investigations), is for the people involved to handle and bear. We aren't liable to pay any compensation for it.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses from using the Service. This doesn't limit liability for harm caused by our intent or gross negligence, or any liability that can't be excluded by law.

10. Following the law

You're responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your use of the Service, including anti-money-laundering and tax rules. We keep the records we need (for example when matches, holds and payment confirmations happened and which accounts were involved), provide them when prosecutors, courts or the police lawfully request them, and may report suspicious activity on our own.

11. Changes to, suspension or ending of the Service

We may change, suspend or end all or part of the Service for operational, technical or legal reasons, and we'll give notice in advance where we can. You can delete your account and stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a version date, and we'll also notify you in the app about significant changes. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you agree to the updated terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes about the Service will be heard by the court with jurisdiction under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), including consumer protection law.
